Charlotte Mecklenburg police officers fatally shot a 27-year-old black man on Beatties Ford Rd., Monday morning March 25th in the 9 AM hour....the witnesses that were there said that he did not pose a threat to the police officers as they were Commanding him to drop a weapon.
