This week I’m talking to Alecs Donovan.
I’m really excited to share with you my conversation with Alecs. She is a Swansea born Osprey’s centre and Welsh rugby international and of course, she’s a yoga teacher! I talk to Alecs about her rugby career and the injury that led her to yoga, why she’s established her own style of practice (“Yogability”), her love of coffee and how she’s managing to fit in setting up her second yoga studio around her already crazy busy schedule. She, like every guest, also answers my Quickfire Questions and tells us her Savasana Sounds.
