JUR-ED EPISODE 5: Revisiting the Rule of Law

JUR-ED is a podcast of the Jur-Ed Foundation, put out on a monthly basis. The aim is to promote education of legal rights and the practice of law, and this is done by looking at systems, structures, and social relations.

On the Weekend of May 24-25, 2019, the Law Union of Ontario hosted its annual conference – Push Back, Drive Forward: Progressive Advocacy Against Rising Injustice. The plenary panel was a discussion on the Rule of Law, featuring several notable figures in the legal community - Professor Pam Palmater, Saron Gebresellassi, Howard Morton, Hadayt Nazami and Angela Chaisson.
