Welcome to the Journey To Your Higher Self Radio Podcast! I"m your host Crystal E. Melville. I am a sought after spiritual advisor, life coach, parent coach, and mentor with one goal in mind and that is to help you discover your purpose and have healthier relationships. I am also a published author, and Chaplain. On this journey, I introduce myself and talk about the importance of understanding the need for self-love, and acceptance which will lead to a healthier relationship with yourself and others. As time goes on I share more and more about my own life experiences, which were once plagued by unhealthy thoughts, emotions, and actions. I purposefully examine my unhealthy relationships and explain why I had to exit them. (I go into detail on the "Purposeful Unions Series") I also go over who this podcast is for and what to expect each time you join me. So go ahead, find a quiet place, or space, it may even be a long drive home from work on a Friday afternoon, wherever you choose to listen to me on this journey, my prayer is that you will become a healthier you and experience more rewarding relationships.
