Sheila joined Flinders University in 2012 as Foundation Chair of Physiotherapy and has over 40 years experience in physiotherapy. Her area of research and teaching expertise is neurological rehabilitation and she runs regular balance and mobility programs. Sheila offers suggestions to help strengthen and maintain your balance and mobility and strategies to prevent falls.
