13: Three key things I do to manage my anxiety

If you've ever experienced anxiety, a panic attack, invasive thoughts, fears or worries, this solo episode is for you. Or maybe you live with someone who does? Anxiety is something that I've experience for a good portion of my life and in this episode I get real about how it feels in my body, in my mind and what I do when I feel it overwhelming me. I also offer you the three things that have helped me the most to manage and get through those extra challenging days. This is my personal perspective and lived experience, not to be mistaken with therapeutic advice.
