Episode 4: How Do We Deal With Conflict?

Episode 4: How Do We Deal With Conflict?

Conflict. It is, as Thanos would say, inevitable. Conflict is bound to occur, no matter what we do to try and avoid it. The best we can do is assess the situation and try and resolve it with the best possible outcome for those involved. In this episode, the student workers of the CLE discuss how they recognize a conflict arising, how to manage it as best they can, and how they would go about resolving it.
