Caffeine Cast: The One Secret to Scaling ANY Business [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Discover today what the one way to scale your business is. Listen today as Rob discusses how any business can use this technique to scale their business while maintaining a brilliant reputation in their market. Learn how to listen to your customers’ feedback, learning of your products' inadvertent problems and how solving these problems can allow you to scale your business to become the best in your market.   KEY TAKEAWAYS Your company needs to be able to listen to your clients’ complaints and therefore will need to learn how to solve these problems. Many companies do not necessarily mean to annoy you, they mean to serve you. However, there may still be inadvertent problems with the service. If you ignore these problems you are not serving your clients in the best way possible.   Figure out solutions to your customer’s problems and create a new version of your product or service which has overcome the inadvertent problem and then your customers will be grateful. Customers will be thankful and will continue to use your service in the future.   Ask your customers questions and for their feedback. Care about them enough to want to be able to find out what their pains and problems are. You have to put your own ego and defensiveness away, and understand that your product or service will create inadvertent and accidental problems for the consumer.   You then need to market that these problems have been solved and communicate that to your customers. You then continue to solve problems that your customers may have. Continuously do polls, surveys and speak to your clients about your product, taking responsibility for mistakes that may have occurred and learn to overcome them. If you continue to do that you will have a scaled and connected business that really meets your client’s needs.   BEST MOMENTS “Listen to your clients, ask them questions and care about them.” “It is not just fixing the problem it is about communicating that you fixed the problem.” “Then you win and become the biggest player in your market.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. What Freedom REALLY is (& is NOT) [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

What Freedom REALLY is (& is NOT) [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Have you always thought that to achieve freedom, you must get rid of all your responsibilities and accountability? Well, listen in to today's episode as Rob explains why responsibility actually equals freedom. Discover today how you can achieve freedom by learning to concentrate your thoughts and accept ridicule as well as focusing your mind on all the wonderful things you have in your life rather than focusing on the negatives.   KEY TAKEAWAYS When you are always looking for something, you are not free. Stop looking at the destination for freedom, stop looking at the people, lack of responsibility and lack of accountability. Your greatest sense of achievement usually happens as a result of doing something meaningful and challenging.   There are two things that freedom really is. Firstly it is the ability to concentrate your thoughts. Focus on the lessons, not the problems as well as focusing on what you are grateful for. This will create a shift in your awareness from scarcity to abundance. Secondly, freedom is the bravery and acceptance of being disliked, ridiculed and rejected, acceptance of this can allow you to be free.   Break your addictions such as social media, overwhelming thoughts and obsessing over your competition. Take all these thoughts and start practicing changing the focus of your concentration. Each time you feel your mind going into a doomsday mode and you begin to start worrying and panicking, acknowledge it and learn to change that awareness to feelings of value and self-worth as well as focusing on all the good things in your life   No matter who you are or what you do, you will always be disliked. Some people will love you and some will loathe you. Once you truly accept that you are able to be yourself and present a true version of you to the world. The courage and bravery it takes to truly be yourself is the ultimate freedom because when you are truly yourself you are not trapped in the imposition of others or society.   When you let go of the perceptions of others, you free up space in your head. The fear of ridicule and judgment occupies thought. As well as being free to say and do as you want (and the liberation that goes alongside that), you also have free time in your head to concentrate on yourself and your own happiness.   BEST MOMENTS “I have had an intense search on freeing myself from the confines of my own mind and fears despite business being amazing.”   “You always want to follow the people who have been there. Sometimes the people who have been there, have to have been through the pain.”   “Isn’t it liberating to say and do things knowing that they are right in your heart, without guilt, without shame and without second-guessing yourself all the time.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. The Worst Advice I've Ever Been Given [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

The Worst Advice I've Ever Been Given [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Have you ever reflected on your life journey and thought about the worst advice was that you have ever been given? Join Rob today as he looks back on some of the advice he has received on his business journey and how it turned out to be completely wrong. Find out today why it is sometimes important to give up on things that aren’t getting you anywhere in life, how good advice can actually become bad advice if given in the wrong context and why it is important to have multiple streams of income rather than focusing solely on one business model.   KEY TAKEAWAYS The advice “Never give up” is not always good advice. Sometimes in life, you have to give up things in order to move on. You need to give up things that aren’t working for you and the things you are holding onto as these are not necessarily things that are good for you. Never give up on your dreams and never give up on yourself but you should give up bad habits, triggers, bad investments and uncontrollable emotions.   Many people will say ‘ideas are nothing without action’, that is not always true. You will not be successful unless you take action and you should implement what you learn however there is going to be a large amount of unconscious learning. However, if you keep educating yourself, you may feel as though you are not implementing every single action step but unconsciously you will be, and you will also be building up your knowledge bank for when you need it.   It is really risky just to become completely dependent on one business model, or one business niche because what if that suddenly gets disrupted or you are unable to perform the job due to illness. You need multiple streams of income and you need to be diversified in your investments. Purely focusing on one area of success is extreme advice and extreme advice can become bad advice.   Many business owners and employers still live by the advice “always hire on attitude over experience” this is not always good advice as you may end up with the wrong person for the role. If the person you are interviewing is perhaps a little bit quirky or are not much of a people person then this is fine so long as this is not a key part of their role. As long as the person is good at their job and their personality does not affect this then it should not really matter.   Often, when you are not feeling great in yourself you can transmit that into other areas of your life. You need to be able to compartmentalise and not let other things derail you or make you have a lower belief in yourself and stop you from doing what you do, and doing it well. Many entrepreneurs are really impatient and sometimes they become self-destructive because they push too hard for things, short term fears and impatience can really affect you. BEST MOMENTS “The funny thing about good advice is that it can be bad advice for the wrong person or in the wrong context. In the same way, bad advice can be good advice if it is put in the right context.” “Filling your brain with really good ideas and really good information, courses, podcasts and audiobooks, is never wasted. It is always there locked into the back of your brain for when you are ready.” “You are one good idea, and one inspired idea away from really changing things.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. Caffeine Cast: How To Be Unique [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Caffeine Cast: How To Be Unique [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Discover today how identifying your uniqueness can set you apart in a saturated market. Join Rob today as he outlines how you can extract your own uniqueness by drawing on your own life experience, asking friends, family and previous clients why they think you’re unique and how you can use this to your advantage.   KEY TAKEAWAYS One reason why it is important to show your uniqueness is that it will differentiate you in a crowded market, and it will differentiate you from the rest. Secondly, being unique is great leverage and makes you memorable to your clients. The more memorable you are, the more reach you will gain for your business and thus your marketing costs will be lower. In order to extract your own uniqueness, you must first listen to what other people find different and unique about you. Use your social media resources to find out what people like about you and what they find unique about you. Use these answers to find out what people are consistently saying about your product or service that is unique to others in your market. Look at your own personal experiences in life when identifying your uniqueness. The life you have led makes you who you are which is a uniqueness in itself. Honour who you are and think about what you bring to your business that others don’t by looking at your previous life experiences and drawing on them. What do you do, that is different? And how do you do it differently? Have you figured out a way to market yourself differently? Or perhaps you have hybridised two existing ideas, to create your own unique one. Look at your niche and think about how you are different from the others and how you can disrupt your niche.   BEST MOMENTS “With a lot of people, maybe they are not really sure why they’re better, different or credible. When you extract those out of yourself it gives you more confidence.” “Being unique isn’t just about being one in seven billion.” “You are you, and you do you.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. Caffeine Cast: A Great Way to Build Credibility for You/Your Business [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Caffeine Cast: A Great Way to Build Credibility for You/Your Business [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Discover today how writing a book can be the best way to boost your credibility amongst your peers and customers. In today’s episode, Rob outlines how many entrepreneurs struggle to scale their business and create credibility within their niche market. Learn today how writing a book can change all that, why people will acknowledge your hard work with admiration and why a book can sell you better than you could ever sell yourself.   KEY TAKEAWAYS Many entrepreneurs struggle to scale their businesses as they are worried about their credibility and perhaps have inner conflict about how worthy they are in their niche in comparison to others. The best way to create credibility and show your consumers that you have knowledge within your niche is to write a book.   Writing a book is hard work. There is no shortcut to writing 150,000 words. There are many different genres of books you can write; it does not necessarily have to be specific to your business niche, it could perhaps be an autobiography or a fiction crime thriller.   When you write a book, all you really know more of, is how to write a book. However, this leaves an impact on other people in your industry as they perceive this to mean that you are an expert in your niche, you are a hard worker and you have become more credible to them. It will sell you better than you can ever sell yourself.   Anything that sells you is a better sales vehicle than you because people know that you have an ulterior motive. Once your book is out there it is an asset which will continue to grow for years to come. Writing a book is like planting an oak tree and over 20 or more years it is only going to grow bigger and bear more rewards.   BEST MOMENTS “It is easy to get a Trustpilot review, it is easy to do a Live, but it is hard to write a book.” “When you have written a book people will look at you and think ‘you know what, well done that was hard’.” “Once your book is out there, it is a vast asset.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. How to be a Social media Influencer (15 Advanced Tactics) [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

How to be a Social media Influencer (15 Advanced Tactics) [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

It is no secret that social media has taken over the world and has changed the way we consume media, it has even opened up a whole new job market which allows people to use social media as a full-time career. Join Rob today as he describes how you can become a social media influencer by using these 15 tactics. Discover how to attract big guests to interview on your podcast or YouTube channel, the importance of posting engaging content more regularly and how to repurpose your existing content.    KEY TAKEAWAYS It has been proven that if you go through struggles, people will want to support you. The harder something is for you to achieve, the more people will support and encourage you. Social media challenges have become increasingly popular among consumers. The more challenging something is the more people will view it as a worthy item to view.   There are a few techniques you can try in order to attract big guests for your YouTube channel or your podcast. Things such as using Instagram DM’s on a Sunday evening has proven to be effective. Voice memos are sometimes effective as this offers a pattern interrupt in comparison to a text message. Finally, getting connected via others in the industry works well by using your network.   If you want to be a real social media influencer, then you have got to up your game on your content. Take your content from one a week to three a week and eventually up to one a day per platform. Upping the volume of your content really helps to grow your audience and engagement. Learn how different social media platforms use different algorithms, which will dictate how much reach you can get when you start to increase your social media presence.   Interviews are a great way to boost your social media influence as it allows you to be next to really successful people. The great thing about doing one interview is that you can leverage the content and use it on a variety of different platforms meaning you are able to create a much bigger perception of your reach and influence. The great thing about interviews is that it is not just about the good content you receive from the guest but it allows you to reach their audience as well.   Anything that you believe that is different, surprising and against the masses will become a popular social media post. Content detailing your contrarian views on why you think something is wrong or how you believe you can disprove something will allow you to gain a larger reach for your post as it makes consumers stop and think and open up for discussion.   Repurpose long-form content. You may create one piece of content, and be able to find six or seven uses for it by utilising all of your various social media platforms. The longer-form content you have, the more repurposable it will become as you can cut and edit the original content to create a number of different pieces which again, you can utilise throughout various social media channels. Repurposing content will make it seem as though you are on social media all day long when in reality you are likely to be active for just 90 minutes.   BEST MOMENTS   “Ultimately to be an influencer, you have to be watchable.”   “Don’t be scared to shoot for the big fish.”   “People will share things that make them look good. This is really important.”   “The more time I spend on social media the more it seems to benefit me, my brand, my reach and my exposure.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. Caffeine Cast: The Single Best Way to Get More Sales (& More Clients) [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Caffeine Cast: The Single Best Way to Get More Sales (& More Clients) [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Are you wondering how to generate more sales and create a larger customer base, but don’t know how? Rob tells us how you can use referrals and ambassador programmes to get more sales and build a loyal client base. Whilst many people wait for referrals, Rob details the importance of actively seeking them, learning the right time to ask for a recommendation and what rewards you can offer the referrer as an incentive.   KEY TAKEAWAYS Referrals are people who are offered to you as a genuine lead. Many people wait for recommendations, what you should be doing is actively seeking them. To do this you must firstly offer a great service at a great value so that your customers are grateful and they want to refer people. You need to seek out testimonials and recommendations. Wait until your client is at their highest point of gratitude, service or value. Some people will try for a testimonial as soon as they have closed the sale, however, the client may not have experienced the product yet and so there is a risk doing this. Make sure the risk is low and then people will do it with much less friction. Reward the referrer. Create some personalisation with each referral, perhaps by sending a thank you card, hamper or gift. Monetary rewards are favoured for those who will accept them such as commission programmes or bonus’ for good referrals. Ask your referrer’s for case studies, because you are trying to get people like them. Your best new clients are going to be the same as your best existing clients. Make sure you keep a leader board of all your top clients, get them to create case studies for you so that their stories will resonate with people of a similar demographic to them. It is important to get recommendations in multimedia. Platforms such as Facebook messages, emails, videos and online text show a good, wide and diverse range. Both private messages and public posts are great because they seem very personal.   BEST MOMENTS “You can use it as a business and sales growth strategy, rather than just a ‘nice to have’ as you grow your business.” “I still believe you should reward them with kindness, with gratitude, with service.” “They will be some of your best evangelists, and they will almost make their job referring to you.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. RANT: Not Everyone Can Be an Entrepreneur! [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

RANT: Not Everyone Can Be an Entrepreneur! [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors]

Have you always been under the impression that not everyone is able to be an entrepreneur, so why bother trying? Join us today as Rob explains why this is not the case and what can set you apart from the rest. Learn today why now is the perfect time to contemplate your future goals, identifying business areas which excite you and the difference between being the employer and the employed.   KEY TAKEAWAYS Being an entrepreneur is not for everyone, but everyone can be an entrepreneur if they have the desire. If there was ever a time to contemplate what you are doing with your life and your business and where you see your life going, it is now. Life has been put on pause and to a certain degree, you may be comfortable at this time. Think about what areas of business excite you. Some people enjoy the strategy, marketing and the vision but for others, it may be the creativity and designing process. It is good to look deeper and question why you are not putting yourself out there more and identify internal fears you may have. The one main difference between being an entrepreneur and being employed is accountability. When you are employed the accountability is on your employer. When you are an entrepreneur the accountability is on yourself. Everything else such as selling, marketing and management features in both concepts. The great thing about being an entrepreneur is that you can outsource some of the skills that you don’t have. Find people who are geniuses in areas that you are not, this can help you be able to do your own thing without focusing your energy on tasks you are unable to complete to your high standard.   BEST MOMENTS “You might have gone more insular, you might have gone more contemplative and you might question more.” “I hated selling before I got into business. I had no idea about marketing before I got into business. I hated conflict before I got into business.” “It doesn’t make me feel good, not at all but I can do it, because I know it is the right thing to do.”   [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator.
