Histamine. How it may be affecting your fertility even if you don’t have allergies – with Sage King

In this episode of the Conceive Baby Podcast, we discuss a topic that you probably don’t associate with fertility, and that’s histamine.

You may be thinking, that’s hay fever and allergy right? That’s what we take antihistamines for, isn’t it?

Well, yes that is true, but there are also other nuances to histamine that can have a significant impact on hormones and fertility.
