[Meditation] Handling the current weirdness | Ep #36

This week brings another clash with the planet Neptune. This time it's the Sun making a hard angle to Neptune as it moves forward.

As you'll hear in the podcast, this can well be a time when an old issue comes up but... this time you handle it really well!

One thing I've learned over 20+ years of writing astrology is that writing about Neptune can be quite tricky.

It's the mysterious, mystical, misty planet and sometimes it's hard to hit the nail on the head with a hammer when you're talking about it.

Of course that's funny because that's exactly what Neptune is; extremely hard to pin down!

The one thing you want to try and avoid this week given the circumstances is attempting to apply logic to any situation!

Life may not make a lot of sense at the moment but you're much better off just breathing through it.

The best possible thing is to meditate. For this reason, this week's podcast is actually not me talking that much but rather mostly a meditation.

If you've never meditated before, I hope you love this as an introduction. If you're a seasoned meditator, I hope you love this as well.
