Amy Freshman, Senior Director of Global HR, ADP

After 17 years in various sales roles, Amy joined the HR organization at ADP to head the company’s flexible work arrangements program in 2012. Her duties have since expanded to include HR lead on all merger and acquisition activities within the company, in partnership with ADP’s strategy organization. She leads critical programs and events, including an HR summit focused on learning and connection among ADP’s global HR team members, and an annual companywide Month of Wellness that provides sessions and engagement activities related to wellbeing. She earned her SHRM-SCP certification in 2021.
