The Biden administration has taken a stance to protect employees, especially when it comes to hot topics like sexual harassment, nondisclosure agreements, pregnancy and women returning to work after the birth or adoption of a child. And there could be severe consequences for employers who don't follow the letter of the law. Joyce Collier, Partner, Uebler Law, LLC

Joyce has over 30 years of experience handling employment cases that involve discrimination in state and federal courts. She's advocated for victims of sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage theft.

She's also represented employers in helping them avoid litigation by helping them write policies and handbooks, as well as conducting audits and compliance seminars.

She graduated with honors from Rutgers School of Law, receiving the Most Promising Civil Litigator award. She clerked for the Honorable Justice Robert Clifford of the New Jersey Supreme Court and has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer 10 years running. She has also served as an adjunct law professor at Rutgers School of Law, Camden in the area of disability law.
