I have to choose life, I have to choose my quality of life. Do I want to bring a child into this world and give it all the love it deserves... sure, but I can't honestly say that I would be physically able to do that...

This is a superhero of a IBD advocate and her journey is nothing short of show stopping. So many shares here will help you to overcome the hurdles in your life.

Getting diagnosed with IBD can be a relief in many cases and in some still be a huge shock. Living with IBD can require massive lifestyle adjustment.

Though there are actually many things we have in common whilst living our lives with IBD, there are still so many lessons we can learn from each other’s journey's be that living with Crohn's, Colitis or with an ostomy.

Our lives with IBD are stories of heroism and great magnitudes of self-reflection and realisations. In these episodes we are talking about our stories living with IBD and our struggles strife’s and blessings throughout this journey of living with IBD
