Is the HAVANA SYNDROME linked to UFOS?

What is the Havana Syndrome and is it linked to the UAP Phenomenon? Truthfully, I am confused. I don't full understand what this is yet and why it could be linked to UAPs. However 60 Minutes is doing a report on this and that it is a real thing that someone or something is attacking people, doing experiments it seems like?
