The UK preparing for the discovery of Aliens. Plan already in place for "Black Swan" Event?

A Freedom of Information request has revealed the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology looks into how it will react to the so-called ‘black swan’ event that is finding NHI life and how to release this information to the public.
