Feeling bored, burned out, anxious or living on autopilot at work? After 11 years in burnout, being made ‘redundant’ aka ‘let go,’ Pauline Harley looked at her health, wellbeing and her neurotype to discover her best life.

Pauline Harley is a certified career coach who helps clients think more creatively about their health and career as they age. Pauline is a late identified autistic with co-occurring health conditions including Crohn’s.
