We’re super stoked to share another course preview episode this week. Joining us to discuss all things ÖTILLÖ Whistler is Race Director Dale Tiessen. We are very excited for another Swimrun in our time zone and can’t wait to share all the details on what is sure to be a magical Swimrun experience.

Training Update

The training continues. Chris has another mountain 50k in 3 weeks but after that it’s officially Swimrun training mode as we gear up towards ÖTILLÖ Whistler.

This week’s shoutout goes out to our friend (and Swimrun.com Editor) Fred Newton. He recently made his engagement IG official and we wanted to share our congratulations on behalf of our corner of the internet.

Feats of Endurance

This week’s winner is our friend Will Ramsey. He ran the Terrapin Mountain 50km over the weekend and was certainly more of a hare than a tortoise on the day. 7,000’ of climbing over 31 miles is no joke though so major kudos on that Will!
