• On this weeks Episode of Empowered Sobriety Lindsay shares about a sober event she attended with her new sober women’s group. She went to a dance party in San Francisco and her intention for the day was magnetism and living in it. So many amazing reflections in her share!

• Abby tells us about her up and coming Ayahuasca ceremony and what her intentions are for this particular ceremony. She shares some history around her experience with Aya and how it has contributed to her healing.
• Lindsay and Abby then go into discussion around sobriety, addiction, living alcohol free and psychedelics. Our own interpretation and understanding of all of our addictions, how we define addiction and dependency and how psychedelics have contributed to our healing.
