A Chit Chat with Rebecca Clare Douglas - Living out your true potential

I had a wonderful conversation with Rebecca Clare Douglas for this episode of the Chit Chat podcast.

Rebecca (who I have always known as Clare) works as a professional musician and a natural health mentor. She is classically trained as a violinist and viola player and has qualified as a homeopathist.

We spoke about the wonder of exploring multiple passions and finding purpose through embarking on a personal healing journey.

Clare spoke openly about her adoption experience and the unseen trauma she has worked through to find her purpose and passion in life.

If you would like to connect with Clare you can get in touch with her through her website - www.rebeccaclaredouglas.com

She also mentioned a book that is helpful for anyone who has experienced being adopted called 'The Primal Wound' by Nancy Verrier
