Episode 38 - Wisdom

As HSPs, we have access to so much wisdom, but for most of us, the teaching we've gotten hasn't included how to trust our own inner knowings. In fact, it's often been about trusting authority figures over ourselves.

In this episode, Philippa and Robbie talk about the joy of connecting to other wise women, being able to show up authentically in those spaces, and see their own wisdom and power reflected back to them.

Robbie shares about her journey to trust her intuition, even when her brain is "logic-ing" her away from it, and Philippa shares a powerful visualization that helped her step into a new (wiser, bolder) version of herself.
