How a Food Freedom Architect can Change the Way you Diet Forever with Niki Sibera

This week’s guest has revolutionized the way I think about my relationship with food. Her name is Niki Sibera, and she is the founder of Happy Hearted Eating and is known lovingly as a “Food Freedom Architect”.Niki joins me on the show this week to share what she has learned in her heart-healing work over the last 30 years. Niki opens up about her traumatic childhood experiences, which include her dad’s domestic violence and alcoholism, her mother’s two cancer diagnoses and subsequent death, her step-father’s sexual abuse, and her lack of stability growing up - moving 10 different times and going to 9 different schools all by the age of 15.Through her journey, Niki shows us how she has been able to transform into being a fierce guide and mentor for women, specializing in helping women feel free “to learn how to tame the whispers from the fridge.” She’s opened my eyes to exploring what’s behind the eating, to see how my own “trauma monster” has taken over my heart and how I cope.Let's get out of the bondage of shame and come into the light together. You are loved! This week's conversation has enlightened me to a new way of thinking about how I relate to food and to myself, because I have struggled myself with my relationship with food, yo yo dieting etc….. Niki is a refreshing light! This podcast is sponsored by Betterhelp.comPlease use my code: JudgingMeghan for 10% off your first month.https://www.betterhelp.com/judgingmeghanI am an independent podcaster and your monthly donations and partnerships help more than you can imaginehttps://judgingmeghan.com/support/ Support the showSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/judging-meghan/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy Learn more about your ad choices.
