The Case of Harley Rae Williams

This week, Drewby and Yergy head back down to Norfolk, Virginia, to discuss the case of Harley Rae Williams, a beautiful little girl who died at the hands of an all too common monster in our stories... Mom's new man. However, Harley fell victim to bystander apathy as well. Had her neighbor said something when she heard Harley's cries for help, according to doctors, the little girl would still be here today.
