After a night of heavy drinking and reported drug use, Lauren, extremely intoxicated, was said to have left a friend’s apartment, alone, barefoot, and without any of her belongings, and began walking towards her apartment. She was never seen again and her remains have never been located. Was Lauren a victim of opportunity, falling prey to a serial killer?
