Mind you, I'm never sick.

I decided to share the lessons that I've learned from being sick and what they have taught me with the intention that it will help you navigate illness of any kind.

(I also swear a few times in this episode, so if you don't want your children hearing cuss words, you may want to listen with your headset.)
