Measuring What's Happening In Your Mind & Body | #179

How do you measure what's happening in your mind & body?

In this episode, Nick and Ray kick off a new series entitled "We Can Only Manage What We Measure". Throughout this series, they will be going in-depth on where we can focus our attention and energy to promote our well-being and longevity. Here is what you will experience throughout this episode:

1. Mindful Moment - Pause and observe 3 DEEP breaths as you expand your awareness of where you are and what you feel.

2. Measuring What's Happening in Your Mind - Learn some practical ways to begin to measure what's happening in your mind and how it impacts the quality of your mental health.

3. Measuring What's Happening in Your Body - Learn some sustainable ways to measure various aspects of your physical health.

Remember that the value in adopting a measurement tool comes from reflecting on the data you collect and being teachable enough to embrace the changes required for you to keep the habits you practice aligned with your mind and body's optimal function.
