#8 Hormesis and Antifragility - Why Hormetic Adaptation is the Key to Longevity and Health

Charles Darwin said in On the Origin of the Species: It is not the strongest or the most intelligent of the species that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change. That’s what we’ll be talking about in today’s Body Mind Empowerment podcast.
