What I discovered, however--and what my guests shared--was that and then so much more. It's not about what you know. It's about who you are. I think, if I had to put it in a nutshell, that's what it would be. The process of discovering, of exploring, of honoring, and owning, who we--who you!--are, and then learning to be that, authentically, compassionately and vulnerability, within the context of helping those who've been impacted by trauma, is the foundation (and some would say, the gold!!), of this work.
