PAUSE… And doing this can release the pressure we feel, As we are humbled by the grandiosity of world, And our interconnectivity, Which then shifts our perspective on our life. Bring your attention to your breath, Notice your mind wandering, And gently bring your awareness back to your breath PAUSE… Feel the sensations of the air as it moves in and out of your nose. PAUSE… Bring to mind a time in the recent past when you felt stressed about something. Maybe you were a few minutes late to an appointment. Does it really matter in the big picture? PAUSE… Or maybe you forgot to pick up an item from the grocery store. Does it really matter? LONG PAUSE… Upsets, and challenges can feel larger than life, But does it really matter?
