56: Fred Sirieix gives Sophie and Jamie a lesson in ROLEPLAY

This week, we're thrilled to have Fred Sirieix on the podcast from being the maitre d' at the First Dates restaurant, he is here to share his top tips on all things romance. Fresh off watching his daughter win an Olympic medal, Fred opens up about the joy of fatherhood, keeping the spark alive in marriage, and naming a guinea pig Belinda after his childhood crush. Plus, he gets Sophie and Jamie to role-play a French date because, let's be honest, no one likes a floppy baguette!

Before Fred arrives, Sophie and Jamie fill us in on their week…Sophie may have splattered pizza on a wedding guest and bolted without a word, accidentally splurged £95 on grapes, and is absolutely horrified by how dirty Jamie gets. This sparks a fiery debate—do you take a shower before bed, or dive straight in? Do you side with Jamie or Sophie?!
