The Three Tiers - Nutrition, Exercise & Stress Management

When I work with clients with endometriosis, the main basis of the programme we use is a 3- tier approach. In this episode I will go through each step to help you see what may be needed in order to relieve symptoms.

1. Nutrition

Food elimination to find food triggers

Anti- inflammatory plan

Finding out the omega 3:6 balance

Eating in line with the cycle

2. Exercise

Working around the cycle, matching intensity to certain times of the month

Choosing the type of exercise that you like

Listening to your body.

3. Stress management

Identifying where the most of your stress is coming from

Have techniques you can draw upon to help relieve stress and anxiety

Know what types of things help you to relax.
