This week's episode is an interview with Ruby Ben from Ruby Ben Health in Texas, the USA. Ruby tells us about how she finally found out she had Endometriosis when she and her husband were trying to get pregnant. She explains how finally working out she needed to look at her body as a whole, listen to what it needed, feeding it foods that didn't use lots of energy to digest them, so she had the energy to heal her body. She also shares her fertility journey, how she wants to get pregnant naturally and the steps she has taken. Ruby then shares how she wanted to then help other women in the same position about her self-healing journey she has learnt on her journey with other women.
