I had no clue!

I’ve been around transformation personally and professionally all my life and TODAY it is affecting me in a way that I hope in turn inspires others when you hear this organic conversation.

I never knew that my “why” I wanted to heal my torn meniscus would turn into a conversation of inspiration!

It appeared out of nowhere, PT over surgery, personally choosing water therapy AND then one day realized I needed to lose weight, focus, commit, and let go and trust the process!

I made a decision!

I aligned with a coach who held me accountable and helped me to change my habits and mindset and be a part of a community that I’m inspired by and along the way unexpectedly the gift keeps giving as I share my transformation journey!

As Rachel says, “You don’t know what you don’t know…” and it’s important to know!!
