Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #16

In today's aligning we are going to dive deeper into feelings, because they are important to pay attention to. They are a gift, even if the feelings bring floods of tears, they are a gift. I say this after coming off some of the roughest months I've had in YEARS. There is a reason I know I needed to being doing the daily aligning work again, and watching myself in such a dark period is what made me realize I was completely frozen in the energy of fear, lack, and separation. The stories playing in my head were churned up some scary stuff, but facing it, and loving myself though it is what got me here. Full transcript of today's episode HERE.
