Following her Venture Capital-focused MBA at Notre Dame, Amanda worked in Private Equity. The opportunity to work with several of the portfolio companies led to a consulting practice where she has consulted for companies in oil & gas, medical software, FX trading, hospitality, manufacturing, banking and sports management. Throughout the past 10 years, Amanda has started and run several businesses including Prime Athletes (Sports Management & Marketing), Prime Experiences (Event Management) and Impact Beverage (Beverage Manufacturing). Amanda has always been passionate about wine and obtained her Sommelier Certification Level II. When the opportunity to invest in Wander + Ivy was presented, she was very excited about the company. She and her family not only invested in the company, but she also joined as COO + CMO of the company. She works with embassies, corporations and private clients, creating and presenting tastings, events, seminars and in-depth courses. Cynthia is a wine writer, a judge at international wine and sake competitions, she consults with restaurants and enotecas developing comprehensive wine lists and food pairings, and she advises clients who want to curate an Italian wine collection. She currently works for Vinitaly International in Verona as a Project Manager, Educator, and the host of VOICES Series on The Italian Wine Podcast, focusing on diversity and inclusion in the global wine industry.
