Welcome to Episode 1585 on Italian Wine Podcast, Wine, Food & Travel With Marc Millon. Today, he will be interviewing Ben Little More about today’s guest: A Dubliner by birth, Ben Little is an author, blogger, multi-media artist and poet whose devotion to the native grapes of Friuli Venezia Giulia in northeast Italy thrust him into the creatively unpredictable field of viticulture in the spring of 2016. His 2021 debut title, the award-winning 432-page opus 'Pignolo Cultivating the Invisible', is an extraordinary, genre-bending harvest of imagination and ingenuity. Not to mention perseverance. As the world’s unlikeliest fountain of Pignolo understanding, Ben lives in the northern climes of the Colli Orientali del Friuli where his creative and literary juices continue to ferment and flow.
