She has incorporated into professional wine studies as a certified WSET Level 2, Sherry Wine Specialist and Introductory Sommelier Course. She is a versatile professional and entrepreneur. In 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, she founded Latinas Wine Club Inc., a community and technology platform with wine education as the Corazon (Heart) of the initiative where the mission is to Educate. Empower. Elevate through Wine. Her unique perspective has attracted an audience of 17,000 followers around the world. In New York, she hosts wine tastings for the community and personal clients. She has been recognized by Wine Enthusiast as a Future 40 tastemaker in 2023 and other media outlets as a unique and culturally aware voice. Currently, she is focused on tasting different wine regions, studying for the Sommelier exam, and polishing her writing skills by providing wine recommendations on the blog and Instagram. Cynthia is a wine writer, a judge at international wine and sake competitions, she consults with restaurants and enotecas developing comprehensive wine lists and food pairings, and she advises clients who want to curate an Italian wine collection.
