She is a mother of 3 and her husband is from Barcelona. She has a dual Masters MBA / MIM (Masters in Business Administration and Masters in International Management) and specializes in Marketing and Corporate Event Management. She is a Certified Sommelier, WSET 4 Diploma graduate and Weinakademiker. She is an Italian Wine Ambassador and a Climate Change activist. The long-standing commitment of Emilio, Theo, Myrtha and Elisabetta is to valorize the ancient local variety Teroldego. Aside from wine our focus is also in cultivating vegetables and breeding Tyrolean Grey cattle for cheese production. We work with biodynamic agriculture since 2002.
