35 Denise Belisle: Improving Your Child’s Behavior using Positive Intelligence

Hello Parents!

We all have words we tell ourselves about ourselves. Those words in our minds are sometimes kind, but often those words and messages are unkind! Instead of helping us meet our goals, those voices sabotage us. Our kids are the same way. The persistent message that derails what you really want is your "Saboteur." We ALL have them and the patterns were established early in life. There are 9 main voices. By learning what your saboteurs are, you will be able to help yourself and your children have better self-talk. This leads to better behavior, better communication, and better connection.

I'm glad you are here!

Do you know your Saboteurs? Saboteurs are the voices in your head that generate negative emotions in the way you handle life’s everyday challenges. They represent automated patterns in your mind for how to think, feel, and respond. They cause your stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, restlessness, and unhappiness. They sabotage your performance, well-being, and relationships. Sign up to test which are your TOP saboteurs.
