Throughout our discussion, we bust the myth that Healthy Nutrition is all about Calorie counting and being as bland as possible - It's possible to eat healthy with butter we promise! It's all about moderation within a healthy lifestyle. As well as Nutrition, Elizabeth tells us how she became a Cordon Bleu Cook, why Home Economics at schools was so important to her and why she thinks aspects of it should be back in the curriculum, and how she stands out in the saturated market of Food Photography on Instagram, and how you can develop your own niche!
