Our guest is Cee Freeman, Vice President of the National Desert Storm War Memorial Association.

In 2010, Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm was becoming just a side note in history. Its founder was moved to act and initiated the effort to construct a memorial in Washington, D.C. to both memorialize those who lost their lives and educate visitors from America and around the world.

Since 2011, the National Desert Storm War Memorial (NDSWM) has worked to achieve its singular mission, construction of the National Desert Storm and Desert Shield Memorial. NDSWM is on track to complete and dedicate the memorial on Veterans Day 2021.
