He is responsible for advising the commander on matters affecting combat ready Airmen. Joe is the cofounder of the Llama Leadership website (www.llamaleadership.com) and host of the Llama Lounge podcast (www.llamaleadership.com/podcast). If this isn’t enough, he is an Adjunct Professor with Brandman University and a highly sought-after speaker and instructor.

During this episode, Joe takes us through his definition of Spiritual Resilience and how it manifests in his everyday personal and professional life while holding true to his personal philosophy that he is not entitled to anything, some things he has to earn for himself.
