The Story Behind Cody's Auto Diagnostics and Programming

🎙️ New Podcast Episode Alert! 🎙️

Hey everyone! I'm thrilled to announce the release of our latest podcast episode, where we dive deep into the world of automotive repair. In this episode, we explore the toils and triumphs of a career in the industry, and discuss some key insights and reflections.

Here are three major takeaways from this episode that you won't want to miss:

1:The Importance of Training: Our guest, Cody Gotti of Cody's Auto Diagnostics and Programming, emphasizes the need for continuous learning in the automotive repair industry. He highlights the fact that only 10% of professionals attend training, and discusses the urgent need to break this trend. By investing in our own education, we can not only improve our skills but also elevate the industry as a whole.

2:Valuing Our Expertise: During the episode, there is a thought-provoking discussion about the value of our work and how it relates to compensation. The conversation touches on the dilemma of donating time to make ourselves better versus the need for fair pay. It's a powerful reminder that we should never undermine the worth of our expertise and always strive for fair compensation.

3:Open Communication and Collaboration: The episode emphasizes the importance of open communication among professionals in the industry. By sharing our experiences, perspectives, and choices, we can collectively work towards finding solutions to the challenges we face. While there may not be a one-size-fits-all answer to fixing the industry, the host and guest believe that ongoing dialogue and understanding can bring us closer to positive change.

I hope these takeaways pique your interest and inspire you to listen to the full episode.

You can find it on our podcast platform, and don't forget to set it to automatically download every Tuesday morning for a weekly dose of automotive repair insights.

As always, a big thank you to our incredible guest, Cody Gaddie, for sharing his expertise and perspectives. And thank you to our partners in the Changing the Industry Podcast for their continued support.

Remember, in this industry, you get what you pay for. Let's work together to make positive changes and ensure a brighter future for automotive repair professionals. And hey, if you enjoy the episode, please comment, share, and spread the word!

Stay tuned for more thought-provoking conversations in the coming weeks. Until then, keep wrenching and never stop learning!
