She has worked with acclaimed chefs such as Wolfgang Puck and Michael Symon, and following her win on Top Chef Season 12, she was also a personal chef for Oprah Winfrey. This week’s POH host Kay-Lene Tan was also lucky enough to work with her when she visited Melbourne in 2019 on a pop-up with Victor Liong at Lee Ho Fook.
