EP 075: Pursuing motherhood through menopause with Kate Codrington

On the podcast today, I’m talking with Kate Codrington about her new book Second Spring and her passion for supporting women before, during and after menopause. You may wonder what place menopause has on a fertility podcast. But with more women trying for babies when they are peri or post-menopausal, often with donor treatment, I believe it’s important to have these conversations.

Kate has always been a passionate supporter and advocate for women, and her new book, Second Spring, has a really refreshing focus on self-care through menopause. I was so pleased that Kate was up for this conversation, which I believe really needs to be happening for everyone who is trying for a baby at this time in their lives.
