EP 5: Let's Get Naked about Men's Mental Health

Hello everyone!! Thank you to everyone that is tuning in whether you're a returning listener or a first-timer, we are happy to have you. This episode is a bit different because it's usually, us three, which are Angie, Staph, and Marsha, but we had the pleasure of welcoming our first-time special guests Ke'mor and Ben. As some of you may know, the month of June was the month of men's mental health awareness, and we wanted to dedicate an episode to spreading awareness on the importance of men's mental health before the month was over. We had the pleasure of having these two men provide some insight to us on what mental health means to them, how they deal with their mental health, some tips on how as a society we can help men feel appreciated, and some relationship advice and more!! We all shared our perspectives and it was such a learning experience, and we hope you all that are listening take something from this episode because mental health is important.
