Facing Her Fears: Using Productivity to Gamify Bringing Her Dream Project to Life - UNRESTRICTED Live #24 with Hannah Diment

In this episode, I’m bringing back a conversation that I had this time last year with Massage Therapist, Entrepreneur & Investor, Hannah Diment after she took part in my UNRESTRICTED coaching program.

When I first met Hannah, she was awesome at doing “fun” things and had a successful massage therapy practice, but had been avoiding making steps on a project that she’d secretly wanted to do for years.

I love her story. To the outside world she was carefree, fearless and talented, but she struggled with putting herself out there, doing the things that scared her, and finding a structure that supported her creative endeavors. This is something that I think most of us have felt at one point or another.

Over our work together, she realized the things she resisted the most, were often the things that brought her the most confidence, like tracking her time and looking at her finances.

She used the tools I gave her to face her fears and use gamification and productivity to launch her first coaching program, which ultimately made her feel free to explore her dreams, and take action to make them a reality.
