The fastest way to create self-love (with mirror work & identity shifting)

On this episode I’m sharing the main practices that helped me shift my self-talk from extremely critical and judgmental, to building confidence, compassion and self-love. When you’ve spent a LIFETIME thinking and speaking negatively towards yourself, it might feel like it’s an impossible task to shift.. but the combo of mirror work, subconscious reprogramming and identity shifting to the “ideal self” is what helped me make huge leaps in a shorter time than I thought possible. Literally within the next week you could be seeing yourself in a totally new light just by re-patterning in what I’m sharing today.
