ENDO 3: Bridget Hustwaite is sick of sick days w/ Bridget Hustwaite

Today’s episode is the final installment of our 3 part series on Endometriosis. Isobel, Eloise and Ophelia are interviewing the incredible Bridget Hustwaite, whose voice you may recognise from Triple J’s Good Nights with Bridget! This powerhouse has so much on her plate - her journey with endometriosis has led her to become an inspiring endo advocate through her social media platform @endogram and newly published book ‘How To Endo’

This episode focuses on the personal experience of having endometriosis as a young woman, and all the complexities that are involved. We talk about gender inclusivity, the role of mindfulness, medicinal cannabis and balancing being an advocate alongside everything else involved in living a full life!
