In this episode we dive a little deeper into the topics of meditation, motivation, and movement. For meditation we discussed clearing your mind of clutter, quieting your body and just opening up to the moment. We talked about the difference between motivation and inspiration and how inspiration is the push that gets you started while motivation is the pull that keeps you going. Finally for movement we addressed how to get the most out of small amounts of time. Knowing that 30 min of activity is still 30 min of activity even if it is broken up into ten min segments throughout your day.
