Ilya Kovalchuk made his return to the NHL as the LA Kings faced off against the San Jose Sharks at STAPLES Center on Friday night. While the Kings ultimately lost in overtime, there were plenty of positives to take away along with the point in the standings. Jack Jablonski and Dave Joseph joined host Jesse Cohen following the game to evaluate the return of Kovalchuk, the debut of Austin Wagner and the rest of the LA Kings opening night performance.
